In these first three decades, I’ve learned to ebb and flow with grief and joy, search for abundance amidst loss, and balance hope with fear. I’ve learned to sit with the depth of my sadness so I can still access happiness.
Here’s what I know now: our lives are absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful in all their peaks and valleys. We can’t leave out certain parts without losing the power and beauty essential to the whole story.
